Choosing a Bird Bath

There are several key decisions that need to be made while choosing a bird bath for your home.

Do you need a heater?  If you plan on having the bird bath available for your feathered friends year round and you live in a climate that has temperatures that drop below freezing, you will want to choose a heated bird bath to keep the water from freezing.

Edge Area  You need to choose a bird bath that has a nice edge around the bowl.  This allows a solid surface for the birds feet to grab hold of as they jump in and out of the bird bath.

Decorative  Many birdbaths add a decorative touch to your garden or landscape.  If you want it to be the centerpiece of your garden, you should choose a bird bath style that enhances your garden.  With so many options available, you should have not problem choosing a bird bath for your garden.
